I created Health and Healing Kitchen to support you and your family with all your cooking and kitchen needs. Growing up, I was fortunate to have a mom who loved being in the kitchen and encouraged us to help her prepare family meals. About 20 years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Encouraged by my doctors, I turned to food as a tool to aid in my healing journey.
Nourishing meals nurture our bodies and I believe, feeds our souls as well. Over the past several years I transformed my passion for home cooking into a part-time business. I have assisted clients with full meal plans, provided simple grocery shopping tips, and offered cooking lessons. Creating a bountiful kitchen is a privilege and a gift we can give ourselves.
I think in today's hectic world where work and lifestyle can cause all sorts of issues, food can really be our best medicine. I show my clients how making small changes to their diet can add up to some serious gains over time.

I now combine my love of food and healthy living to help clients live and eat better.

Each session includes menu planning, grocery list creation, meal prep tailored to dietary restrictions, cooking, proper storage, and kitchen cleaning. Choose from a diverse menu that includes a variety of fresh, wholesome ingredients and a variety of cuisine
Meal Prep
Choose to buy a solo package or multi-packs (discounted rate). You will have fridge full of breakfast/snack, lunch, and main options.
Recovery
One 6 hour extended cooking session to pack your freezer for postpartum recovery needs. These foods are specifically chosen to aid in recovery, milk production (if you do choose), and stay well in the freezer.
Parties
Enjoy entertaining in your home? This is a small scale catering service that includes a bit more of a personally curated menu. Heavy snacks for larger groups, family style meal for gatherings under 15.

Protein Zucchini Muffins
Almond flour based muffins, baked with extra protein, veggies, berries and nuts. Perfect way to start or end your day.
Longevity Chia Pudding
Chia pudding made with coconut milk, dates, cinnamon, protein powder and apples. Topped with roasted nuts and dried figs.
Protein Bites
Made with oats, nuts, seeds, dates, and protein powder, these quick bites are perfect for anytime.

Homemade beet hummus, roasted carrot tahini dip, romesco sauce, green goddess sunflower dip, served with fresh veggies and homemade seeded crackers.

Oven Roasted Garlic Shrimp with Roasted Veggie Brown Rice Salad
Shrimp roasted with garlic, and herbs, served with a warm brown rice salad with roasted peppers, squash and eggplant served with a lemon dressing, herbs, and pine nuts.
Thai Inspired Buddah Bowl
Brown Rice or Quinoa topped with five spice tempeh or chicken, shredded veggies and herbs, served with tahini/peanut lime dressing
Greek Inspired Bowl
Falafel or Med Meatballs served with lemon rice, tomato-cucumber salad, homemade tahini dressing and tzatziki.
Mustard Crusted Tempeh Bowl
Roasted tempeh on top a bed of sweet potatoes and/or black rice, greens, pumpkin seeds and a tahini lemon dressing.
Simple Roast Chicken
Roast Chicken served atop shaved fennel, arugula, parm, marcona almonds, and a bright lemon dressing.
Vegan Tacos
Roasted sweet potatoes and spicy black beans, served with homemade slaw, caramelized onions, tomatillo salsa, fresh avocado and lime.
